I was referred to Larry Gilpin and Lakeside Construction to help put it all back together. They came out to assess the house, rapidly got to work, and before I knew it I had my home back. Every member of the team showed up, every single day. It was all hands on deck from day one until the project was complete. Great work, and a great work ethic. I could not have asked for more. I will be calling Larry and the crew back with any further house and/or construction projects. Highly recommend!

I’ve had Lakeside do several jobs at my home in Evans, Ga., and they all went great. Very professional team. I’ve had them help with roofing issues, stucco work, and interior jobs with windows, painting, and ceiling fans in vaulted ceilings. Well rounded crew that can do almost anything. Will use again.

Larry Gilpen is a very hard-working, thorough professional, and I love working with him. We have 100 year roof galvalume tile product on our home. 11 years ago he did our entire porch addition, and more recently he helped us with a chimney repair and tacking down tiles that were crimped from the hurricane. It is an unusual skill, but he thinks through difficult projects before proceeding. Would give him 10 stars, and would be more than happy to field questions as I think that highly of him.

Lakeside Construction added a master suite onto our home in Evans, and we could not be happier with the result. Larry and Camden handled everything from permits to finishing touches. The new space blends perfectly with the existing house — you would never know it was an addition. Their attention to detail and communication made the whole remodeling process smooth and stress free.

We had storm damage from Hurricane Helene. Roof leaks, damaged Hardie siding, and part of our deck was destroyed. After getting the runaround from a few other companies, we found Lakeside. They showed up on schedule and did a full inspection with photos. Their team repaired the siding, fixed the roof, and rebuilt the damaged part of our deck. Everything looks great.
